Pop/Rock icon Neil Diamond has just concluded his Worldwide “50th Anniversary Tour”. However, in case you might have missed the iconic singer/songwriter, all is not lost as you can still catch the next best thing as ROB GARRETT, and his band hold court once again with a special Veterans Day/Birthday (Rob’s) show at the Starbright Theater in Sun City Summerlin on Saturday, November 11. Garrett, one of Las Vegas’s most acclaimed tribute artists for years, has been performing his Diamond tribute since 1995 and has a reputation for selling out show after show – many in venues usually reserved for national acts. His physical and vocal resemblance to an early 1980’s era Neil Diamond has been described by even the most skeptical critics in Vegas and around the country as “uncanny”. So much so that he has earned the title “King of Diamonds”.
Veteran Las Vegas columnist, Norm Johnson wrote… “Of all the Tribute Artists running around Las Vegas (and elsewhere), there is none better than Garrett” and Las Vegas Review Journal Entertainment Columnist, Mike Weatherford, wrote “Garrett does sound astonishingly like Diamond”.
Tickets are $20.00 (see poster for details).
Band members include Steve Gerard (Keys/Synth), Billy Carmody (Drums), Daryl Slade (Bass/Vocals), Steve Henley (Guitar/Vocals), & Ines Zak (Backup Vocals).
